This Shipping Policy applies to online orders placed through the Casazú online store.

1. Delivery areas

Casazú delivers to the areas available at checkout.

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to your area. Delivery availability may change without prior notice.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, public holidays, courier availability, and operational conditions.

Estimated processing time: 1 business day.

Orders placed after 17:00 GST may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Typical estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days, or 1 business day if the Premium delivery option is chosen.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, traffic, weather, incorrect address details, public holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping fees may vary depending on delivery location, order value, delivery method, courier rates, or promotional offers.

Free shipping may be offered from time to time and may be subject to minimum order values, delivery areas, or other conditions.

5. Local pickup

Local pickup may be available if shown as an option at checkout.

If local pickup is selected, customers will receive pickup instructions after placing the order. Orders should only be collected once confirmation has been received.

6. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, mobile number, apartment or villa number, building name, community, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Casazú is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery fees may apply.

7. Failed delivery attempts

If the courier or delivery partner is unable to deliver your order, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect information, Casazú may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

If the order cannot be delivered or re-delivered, we may cancel the order and refund eligible items, excluding delivery fees and any costs already incurred, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Product condition on delivery

Please check your order when it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert customer service email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Perishable and consumable products

Some Casazú products are consumable food or beverage items.

Once delivered, products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging or product page. Casazú is not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect storage, exposure to heat, humidity, sunlight, or misuse after delivery.

10. International shipping

International shipping is not available unless it is shown as an option at checkout.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, or restrictions that may apply in the destination country.

11. Order tracking

If tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier’s tracking system.

Tracking information may take time to update after the order has been dispatched.

12. Changes to shipping policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
