Casazú sells coffee and related products online.

We aim to display product descriptions, prices, ingredients, roast information, images, and availability as accurately as possible. However, product packaging, appearance, availability, and details may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or if we suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully received or authorized.

5. Order acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is a payment issue, stock issue, delivery issue, pricing error, or suspected misuse.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, address issues, weather, traffic, operational conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Casazú is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For food safety and quality-control reasons, opened, used, brewed, partially consumed, or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Product storage and use

Coffee and consumable products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging or product page.

Casazú is not responsible for product deterioration, flavour changes, contamination, or quality issues caused by incorrect storage, misuse, exposure to heat, humidity, sunlight, or failure to follow product instructions after delivery.

9. Allergens and dietary information

We aim to provide accurate information about our products. However, our products may be prepared, stored, packed, or handled in environments where allergens may be present.

Customers with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements should review product information carefully and contact us before placing an order if clarification is needed.
